After a few days feeling a bit rough, I've tested positive for covid. I am *triple* vaccinated, and always super careful (masks, distance, etc). Just goes to show how transmissable this virus is. Please don't be complacent just because you're vaccinated. It's still out there 🦠
One common problem is there are lots of activities going on in businesses that are called safety training, but just because someone is experienced in a subject does not mean they can teach.
Assuming a worker will know how to work safely after training is being shortsighted. The problem is because you know training is taking place, you assume that learning is taking place. Because you assume learning has taken place, you often blame the worker when things go wrong.
ELM Training has been going for over 20 years it was my hobby but then turned into my full time work I still enjoy and it’s still a great hobby training people in first aid and health safety@sbs@firstaid@healthsafety
