To the hypocrites that voted Tory who will clap for carers and NHS tonight You backed a party that cut nurses pay for 8 years Destroyed investment NHS Cut doctors pay Privitisatised sections Didn't protect any of them lack PPE Gave tax cuts millionaires #clapforNHS #GMB
Agreed. There is no staff due to cuts, now a lot are self isolating>meaning even less staff. This situation has placed a huge amount of strain on a system which needs urgent attention & has done so for many years.'Corporate Centre' staff now coming back to essential duties to help.
Hearing more and more from laid off people telling me they can’t complete their Universal Credit application because the phone lines are jammed. A couple of applicants have told me they’ve been trying on and off for a week and had no luck.

For instance, I’ve spoken to one Universal Credit applicant who recently lost all their work in the hospitality sector, who is approximately *40,000th* in the queue and has only moved up 2000 places in the last 24 hours.

Because a lot of disabled and older people are unable to easily access public transport at night time, when political meetings are often held...
Political parties will need to start using @zoom_us conferencing while the #covid19UK #coronavirus pandemic continues. A new type of political engagement will evolve and more people with a #Disability will be able to participate...

Why has the DWP lost so many employment tribunals for disability discrimination?
We are urgently calling for an immediate package of employment support for businesses within the next 24 hours to preserve more than 1 million jobs that will otherwise be cut as employers face the prospect of making immediate mass redundancies in order to survive.
#PMQs Mr Johnson suggests SSP can be topped up by state benefits.... NO NO NO. What a stupid, stupid man.
