@AmazonUK why is it that the drivers( not all) but many don’t follow customer instructions! So many packages go missing because of this. I realise there are alternative ways of receiving packages: however depending on size it’s not always a convenient alternative.

@AmazonUK I have not received a package dispatched on 2nd January. AnPost have not received it from you so can’t assist me. They have only received the pre notification. This is urgent at this stage.

@AmazonUK I return a parcel, it’s logged that i returned it, @EvriDeliveryCom lost/not delivered parcel, resulting in me yet to receive a refund, 14 days after dropping it off! Contacted Amazon numerous times and each time a different response! Shocking!
