@DoorDash sux I have been in the hospital for 19 days and yesterday was the first day that I could eat real food. I spent $28.64 to get my food. They delivered the food but the entire order was incorrect. They called me a liar and refused to give me my money back. #doordash🤬

Hey @DoorDash i just had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A DASHER WHO STOLE MY FOOD!! And then instead of remaking it at NO ADDITIONAL COST LIKE WE WERE TOLD, YOU CHARGED US FOR THAT TOO!!! And the food that was “REMADE” was COLD!!! And NO ONE is able to do anything else for us !!!!

@DoorDash is a disgrace. Three orders in a row I get cold or late delivered food, the third time I’m missing chips from @McDonalds , I try to get reimbursed for the parts of the order we didn’t get and they refuse. Why? No reason. Never using Deliveroo again!!! Upsetting.

I love how I order food on DoorDash and it came undercooked and raw, then when I contact @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help support they make me wait 3 days for a response just to deny the claim… Fuck DoorDash

My request was denied and I even spoke to a supervisor and they said because of previous claims I cannot be compensated. I will be filing a lawsuit over this.

They must be a subsidiary of DoorDash since @DoorDash asks me to send a photo whenever an item is missing for my order. I’ve probably sent 10 pictures of an empty bag as proof I didn’t receive my salad, coffee, etc….
