I have always used @SouthwestAir for group travel. The fact that we were told our group travel tickets are nonrefundable when the event we were traveling to was canceled is incomprehensible to me and the college students who worked hours to pay for those tickets.
How can @SouthwestAir say our group travel tickets are non refundable when our event was canceled. Do they not know we are in the middle of a pandemic. You need to fix this Gary Kelly, CEO!!
