A tragic for all things Rugby League, Cricket and MotoGP. Occasionally with a bit of Football for good measure.

Well there’s enough horrid stuff going on in the world so here’s Vic & Bob inviting Mark Lamarr to do the Mammalathon Challenge.
A pathetic 3-0 ashes loss. Nigel Wood heads the game. 14 team super league when only 8 teams are any good. Likely to be a 8 team playoff 10 quota players per team. Waqa Blake is a super league player again. The 🇬🇧 sport is in the 💩💩 Save us @NRL🙏🙏🙏
There must surely be an inquest into this series. England fronted up again for periods of today's game but, barring a moment of magic from Jez Litten, couldn't break through. A most ruthless lesson in clinical finishing from a fully firing Australia, this afternoon. #RLAshes
That is a very miserable end. Theme of the series really; England squared up in patches but the quality has been desperately lacking. You suspect there will have to be some sort of inquest into this. What a missed opportunity for the game in this country.
In position for the final game of the series. Pride on the line boys, let's not get beaten a third time today! #RLAshes
The Ashes has been a missed opportunity. But with no warm-ups or training camps all year, England needs to put the national team first going into the World Cup. Problems with performance are clear. But the game doesn't want to give England a chance. theguardian.com/sport/2025/nov…
If you watch / listen to one thing today, let it be this - youtube.com/watch?v=5L7mhu… - A brilliant open and honest conversation with Man of Steel, Jake Connor. He's had quite the journey! Great work @MegWellensX and @M_Shaw1 on getting this made!

Jake Connor: The truth on his England omission, heading to open...
The way Australia and England have treated this Ashes is like night and day. The Australians have fully immersed themselves with meeting fans etc whilst England have locked themselves away. England have got a lot wrong over the last 3 weeks.
Great to see the next generation of players and fans meeting their heroes and engaging with the game. That’s what this tour is about. That’s why they moved it to England. #Ashes2025
Mikolaj Oledzki can't wait for Saturday's Thirds Ashes Test at AMT Headingley as EnglandRL look to restore pride against the Kangaroos. Read more here therhinos.co.uk/article/22603/…
One last time, one last chance to beat the Aussies. The series is gone, its all about pride now! #RugbyLeague #TheAshes
👇 Shaun Wane has named his 19-player squad for the Third and final @ABKbeer Ashes Test at AMT Headingley Stadium on Saturday! 🏴 #EnglandRL
Fantastic news overnight for former Saints coach, legend and - by all accounts - all-round good egg Paul Wellens. Certainly not as as bad a coach as critics would have you believe. The NRL have clearly seen good in what he does, and he'll only be better from the experience to!
Low-key loving how many people took the bait with this. I didn't expect such a gentle jibe to cause a full-on meltdown from the Union fanbase!
And the Union crowd laughed at us for "only getting 60,000" there last week. League 1-0 Union

Maybe a lesson not to place a rugby match on the same day as England vs Australia and BaaBaas vs All Blacks XV. Boks vs All Blacks sells out Wembley on the right weekend.
Take a bow @Everton - you've built one of the best stadiums in the world. Best view I've ever had, and my ears are still ringing 6 hours after the final whistle! @England_RL @SuperLeague please bring our sport back here again! #RugbyLeague #TheAshes
Early start. Lincoln-Liverpool (via Barnsley). Expecting a much better showing from @England_RL this afternoon. They have to be better. No second chances now, it's do or die. The 2025 Rugby League Ashes series is on the line!
A good move for both parties. Warrington getting a quality second-rower, and Bentley gets a much needed reset after a difficult couple of seasons at Leeds.
If NZ, Tonga and Samoa can compete with Australia in rugby league, with fewer players and much less money, then there's no reason why England can't. Comes down to pathways, production lines, coaching and culture. Get more RL in schools, make Super League a more intense
