Unable to duplicate the bizzare behaviour of my digital HR strap and FR405. Works perfectly now. Always happens when I'm near Natl mall.

Garmin "premium" chest strap two mo old is junk! My resting pulse is <50. But showing 210-240. New battery. Electrodes wet. Junk.
