Happy 13th birthday our handsome boy Chang Yim.

On a rainy day, Wan Mai turned the dirt pile to be her play ground. She's having fun to play mud sliding.

Favorite activity in the afternoon of ThaiKoon is a mud scrub which is helping to get rid of the parasites and insects on her skin.

The two babies, Chaba and Pyi Mai learning how to care their skin. They started their skin care routine with mud bath then having a good scrub.

Wan Mai having a great fun to play the new game. Chasing the dog is a good exercise for baby elephant.

Chaba is growing with more confidence. She is healthy and more playful. It is such an amazing change since she arrived to Elephant Nature Park on August 12th, 2021 (which is Thai Mother’s day and World Elephant Day). At that time, Chaba was so weak and tiny. Look at her now!!

Upon arrival at ENP and since then, our vets have been treating both of Yai Sang's eyes, and her health care treatments continue to this day. Eye inflammation is reduced, but TX is maintained. Her mental health has improved, luckily she eat very well.

Gorgeous ladies, Kham Puan, Thaikoon and Tilly having a wonderful chat and enjoying the beautiful surroundings at Elephant Nature Park. Such a pure joy moment, listening to them talk to each other.

What's the beautiful day seeing mother and baby elephant having fun together. Bun Ma and her sweet little girl, Chaba truly enjoy their quality time. Chaba is too cute while she has so much fun throwing the mud by her little trunk like her mother's doing the same.

The elephants in this family have a different life history. All of them have gone through too much suffering. But when they come together, their deep companionship heals each other's past.

Pyi Mai, Kham Moon and nanny D-Max enjoy their good scratch together. Look at little Pyi Mai, she is playing and scratching against the pole at the same time. She grew and learnt to live as an elephant from her mom and nanny.

Kabu calls out to her friends from the other side of the field. Chana and Ploy Thong respond immediately with enthusiastic affection and come to Kabu. Elephants exhibit such an incredible bond toward each other that can never be broken at Elephant Nature Park.

Journey to Freedom is a unique project to spend plenty of time to observe elephants and learn about Karen culture, this project offers an amazing adventure. Please find out about visiting and supporting the herd from our website: elephantnaturepark.org/enp/visit-volu…

Joyous all around. This is absolutely beautiful sight seeing, when the two babies Pyi Mai and Chaba running so fast with Bun Ma and D Max following their human mom (Lek) as they know Lek always have yummy food, but the most they need is love from our extraordinary matriarch.

Even though Wan Mai grows up with such confidence, and can be naughty at times, as should be expected, she is always respectful and exhibits such gentle affection toward her mother and nanny to whom she owes her strong character.

Look what Kham Lah did to her nanny !

While mud bath for an adult elephant typically plays a purely functional role as protecting the skin from sun, insects and cold weather but for a youngster like Wan Mai, mud provides an endless source of playful exploration and fun.

"I'm a strong girl and I'm doing good at my back kick" Wan Mai said. This is the born free girl living her life at Elephant Nature Park. She can walk, eat and play freely.

Khun Yai and Pikul were really excited to enjoy the strong current of the river after the heavy rain. Listen to their beautiful vocal and rumble while they communicated to each other. Guess, what they are talking about ?

Kids Will Be Kids. The two baby Chaba and Pyi Mai playing in the river under the watchful eye of nanny and mother.Mother and nanny elephant always doing their best to secure the safety of their babies but the playful babies are having fun as if they don't have a care in the world.
