A time that lives rent free in my head: I was bbqing in Colorado and the guy at the barbecue next to me asked me if I had a meat thermometer. I did not. 10 minutes go by he opens the BBQ and I realize this man was asking me for a thermometer for his HOTDOGS
A dove laid eggs in a nest next to my porch. Yesterday she was plucking her feathers out like crazy on my front lawn and I was concerned. Today we realized the babies froze to death & when mom came back to find this, she started plucking herself out of distress. I’m so upset 🥺

By far the most concerning part abt having trash short term memory with ADHD is not remembering if I’ve taken my vyvanse or not. Then I either A) am half a functioning human for the rest of the day bc I didn’t take it but think I did or B) accidentally take 2x my dose n bpm=260
