This is, and I cannot stress this enough, the absolute biggest pile of bullshit. A nothing problem trumped up in an effort to make it harder for trans and non-binary youth in Canada. Infuriating and nonsensical. Also, just change your pronouns, you never have to ask. Just tell.

Temporary employees have made up a large part of @CBCRadioCanada's workforce for decades. They're compensated the same as any other employee—with one notable exception. Most are always looking over the edge into unemployment, with no guarantee of ever securing a permanent job.
