Reached first milestone on my new JQuery/Node/HTML5 book. Have poker demo app, Node based shuffle service, and Mongo DB shuffle history.
It took literally 10 mins or less to write the #JSON web service in #Node.js and suck the output into #Mathematica.
#JavaScript to write the client and server code, #Mathematica to analyze the output. Two great tastes that compute great together!
Ah, the random number generator is fine but my math wasn't. Math.floor is your friend, Math.round is too biased.

Functional languages should return the last expression by default. In javascript you need to "return" and that can be 50% of the function!
