We did it - together. 🙌 Tonight New Zealand will drop from Level 4 "lockdown" status to Level 3. This won't change anything for us here - we'll be continuing to supply our fruit to local and export markets just like we did in Level 4 as an essential food service.🧡
Just another pretty delicious way to enjoy Kiwano...
Here in #NewZealand the hot summer just keeps on rollin' on, so we thought this tip might be timely! Don't forget that Kiwano do not like the cold. Kiwano have a fantastic shelf life at room temperature, but will degrade if placed in a chiller or fridge.
Although Kiwano looks like something from outer space, it's 100% non-GMO fruit. "Cucumis metuliferus" (its scientific name) is an annual vine in the melon family and was originally found in Africa. Our Kiwano is grown naturally - without chemicals, sprays or pesticides.

With magnesium, potassium and fibre, Kiwano has so many health benefits. But equally important to us is what you WON'T find on, in or near our Kiwano (or the plants or soil they we’re grown on) - including sprays, harsh chemicals or pesticides. 🌱💚 #naturallygrowngoodness
It's been a wild, wet and windy couple of days here in the Bay of Plenty but cosy in their tunnels our Kiwano plants are thriving. #naturallygrown
