Playing games in the genre of what you're working on is always iffy business. Sometimes you get inspiration, other times you get overwhelmed with how good games already are!
I'm having a big struggle on how to increase relationships with people in my audiogame Symphony of Soil! Traditionally in this genre you just give gifts, but that feels so weird to me and grindy. But I can't think of a better way to do it! #gamedev #a11y
