I attended PIT Day at @IPS_CFI 70 & visited Michelle McKeller’s 1st grade class to see what they are learning about germs. Students swabbed pieces of bread with an iPad, table, and various levels of washed hands. A timely reminder that we all need to properly wash our hands! 🦠

I had a great visit at @IpsButlerLab55, another great District 3 school! I was so impressed by what I saw, including an intentional effort to create a welcoming space for parents with plenty of ways for them to engage with their child’s school. Kudos to Principal Kent & her team!
