IMGs join the #nhso usually outside of normal contractual dates. Local Trusts cannot provide tailored induction for each new IMG. It is easier to send them somewhere. That s why we are here! #Lightbulbmoment Excited to create partnerships with IMGs and their employers

Communication skill is the most important skill everyone needs to be successful and to do a good job. Communication is not about speaking but making it simple for others to understand us and for us to understand them.
#IMGS need more than English language. They need respect, treated fairly, sadly some suffer discrimination and 6 times more likely to be referred to @gmcuk and severaly punished. They need help support to settle well apart from English.
