Lovely to have the @ExeterGuild Hobbies and Interests Societies Officer, Joshua Ma (left), join us for a quick game last night! @ExeActivities
Glad you could sculpt that physique with us, Magnusaurus!
don't mind me - just helping out our (gold-medal-winning) president, john fraser, with some tricky train-home blitz games #usefuldinosaur
being a mascot is very tiring work, and i need to keep in peak physical condition. thankfully, the @parkinn in telford has some excellent gym equipment.
some really very good results from exeter in the first few rounds of @bucachess, including a win from our president, john fraser, against an international master! i'll be bringing you full restulst as soon as i get my paws around how keyboards work ... chess24.com/en/watch/live-…
whew, i'm tired! really proud of all my exeter friends after some very good results in the first round - recharging now with some haute cuisine, magnasaurus-style.
important update: i've only got little legs, so @edward_mills is giving me a ride. THIS IS AWESOME #WHEEEEE
don't worry - i've promised edward that i'll be good. right now i'm being a clever little dinosaur and checking out our pairings for round one ... #helping
hello! lovely to meet you all. my name's magnusaurus, and i'm really looking forward to sharing what my friends in the chess society get up to over the course of @bucachess. obviously they're all too busy to tweet, so @edward_mills has given me the password.
A familiar face returns ... for the duration of this weekend's @bucachess Championships, we'll be handing over the keys to our Twitter account to our mascot, Magnusaurus (who, yes, has recently changed his name ever-so-slightly, to acknowledge his debt to @MagnusCarlsen).
Delighted to announce that Exeter will be entering a record (for us) of four teams into the upcoming @bucachess Championships. Watch this space for team announcements ... @ExeterGuild @UniofExeter
Our members certainly are busy - fresh from last night's session, our Secretary @edward_mills is off for some schools work today.
Glad you could sculpt that physique with us, Magnusaurus!
Warning: excessive tandem play may result in extensive set reconfiguration and / or confused office buddies.
