Article 13 needs to be massively reformed, or it will destroy the internet as we know it. There need to be provisions for fair use.
I love finding things like this. Old newspaper and scrap pages were used as lining in the spines of older books like this one.

Apparently Project Gutenberg began in 1971 at the University of Illinois. I had no idea it was that old.
