Managing posterior vitreous detachment? Vangipuram et al (Ophthalmology Retina pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37080486) recommend all have follow up within 6 weeks. This is not our practice & would have a significant impact on resources. We outline our thoughts on this in our reply. Thoughts?
