It was backwards day at LOP as Chaps led 16 PAX on a journey where up was down and frontward was backward- somehow we all made through an epic beat down (we won’t soon forget this Blues Clues!).
Dilbert led 3 PAX for his sophomore Q. He’s already an expert! First real snow didn’t keep us from attacking the Gauntlet!

Snap Crackle Pop led 5 PAX at LOP. We each got stronger while being coached on good form and we moved at a pace where, before we knew it, it was 7:00.
HH Gregg led 5 PAX at LOP on a Zone 2 mosey to the Fitness Court where he threw everything at us but the kitchen sink! Every muscle will be sore tomorrow.

Chaps led 4 PAX at LOP. He brought us to the OP Cathedral where he preached… not so much with words but with Derkins and Bear Crawls. Closed it out with a great CoT on the 2nd F.
Koko’s LOPVQ! He led 5 PAX on a full body burner. He ensured an invite to Q again when he mercifully closed out the final 30 seconds with Cloud Gazers (LST TM).
C-Bus led 11 PAX at LOP and he kept us on the move. Several HIMs are going for the 9 Pack this week!
Snap Crackel Pop led 15 PAX setting an LOP attendance record for his VQ on a day of firsts at LOP! VQ, 1st ever LOP broken Coupon, 1st time Urban Cowboy and Urkel hit up a Late Start…. I feel like I’m missing something… help me out in the comments HIMs.

Foundation led 12 PAX at The Outpost Monday morning. One Eye Willy called it “Outpost Baptism” as there was plenty of running through the sprinklers as 4 stations were navigated.
