Myth: A voter experiencing homelessness cannot vote. Fact: A shelter or other location where a person has been a regular inhabitant and where they are intending to return is a residence for voting purposes.
Brighton Recovery Center for Women recently adopted a highway and spent some time giving back to the community. This is just one way the women give back on their journey to recovery.

An outreach worker came across this encampment today and shared a picture with me. In a wooded area, a newly homeless person is trying to hold together some semblance of what they've lost through eviction – a bedroom, a dining area, and what was once a living room. #heartbreaking
