Hi Ben, Thanks for your Tweet. I am sorry for your disappointment. The parcel is held at your local pick up point ready for you to collect. This arrived on 10/11/2021 at 15:41 in Manchester. Shipping times for our pick up and drop off service takes 3 - 7 working days. Regards FC
