I wrote some new #python code in using #matplotlib and #asyncio to get live data from my #Siglent oscilloscope over ethernet and calculate FFT and THD. Getting up to 55 fps now!

First sound through a newly designed Foster-Seeley detector (circuit on small copper plate) getting IF on 10.7MHz from my already existing FM-receiver.

With #python and @matplotlib one can even create two FFT's at the same time (instead of one on any oscilloscope) and compare them in real time. Performing extra calculations is easy. PM me for code (for @Siglent_Tech #sds1202x-e) as it is still a bit rough.

Live capturing a waveform from @Siglent_Tech #SDS1202X-E oscilloscope, performing #FFT and calculating #THD. Makes it much easier to tune receiver and stereo decoder. All done in #python and @matplotlib.
