Jimenez booked for shooting at goal (from 60 yards) after the whistle had gone. Hit the post.
Might be too obvious. Fact: Captaining a player who scores the most points gives the biggest rank gain, regardless of EO. Intuition: Your (c) choice doesn't affect EO of others. Capping the most points increases your total pts while others' are fixed. Math proof: attached

I absolutely love this To consider value, you have to look at both points and cost side-by-side. You cannot use a flawed metric like Points Per Million (🤢) And, prediction generally works better from xStats than real points Top class 🙌
At the start of last season I had a look at 'value' players in #FPL Here's the 2020/21 recap. As before, I translated xG into FPL points. Which gives us: how many FPL points we could expect per 90. De Bruyne was the standout player (when he played). timbayer93.github.io/fpl-player-val…
I'd still be very tempted to own Kane if he stays at Spurs but nobody seemed to mention him at all until yday Incredible last year. Proven and consistent. Fixtures aren't as bad as people are making them out to be either imo. And GW3 when Pool play CHE he plays WAT H So, poll:
Social aspect is the biggest reason. Banter with your mates, keeping in touch with people, even to chat to new people. Met some fantastic people on here too! Also - I love football, risk & probability, psychology & behavioural tendencies/irrationalities. It's perfect (and free!)
Intrigued by the "Why do you play FPL" debate today. For me, I play it to increase my enjoyment of the games I watch. Having a Burnley defender when watching Bur vs Newc just gives the game a little more meaning. Not overly bothered about trying to win. Each to their own!
Still don't see a need to rotate Lamptey to start the season Best defence available at 4.5m Best attacking threat of the 4.5m options Best fixtures of them too I'd rather bank 0.5 for later than use it just because I've got it spare
