🎉 Big news in Grandmont-Rosedale! Today, we broke ground on Minock Park Place—a 4-story project with retail space + 42 affordable senior housing units. Congratulations to our partners: @GRDC_DETROIT, @Cinnaire, and Ethos Development Partners for bringing this vision to life. 👏

🏗️ Progress at Christ Child House! The residential wing is taking shape with slab, steel, and roof trusses complete. The gym is enclosed with an acoustic deck, roof membrane, and temp heat to keep work on track this winter. Stay tuned for more updates as we make progress! ✨

🏗️ Construction Update at Lake Huron Woods! Framing is nearly done on Ranch Home buildings. The Independent Living Building is moving forward, with siding underway. Thank you to @PVofMI for the opportunity to contribute to seniors in Fort Gratiot Twp. 🌟 @gfisherconst

🏗️ Big progress at Breeze Winter Haven! The sixth floor is prepped for painting, drywall is up on floors three to five, and stucco work has started outside. Shout-out to Six/Ten Properties, DevMar, and WPC for bringing this project to life! Stay tuned for more updates! ✨👏

Yesterday, we hosted our FSP All-Star Bowling Game! With Dan and Ken returning as our All-Star captains, we’re excited to announce that Ken’s team claimed the gold this year! Big thanks to everyone who joined the fun and a special shout-out to Darius for organizing the league.🏆

A big thank you to @CCSEMichigan for hosting us at the 2024 Annual Gala! The gala shined a spotlight on the Residences at St. Matthew, an affordable housing development that will repurpose the former St. Matthew School building. We’re honored to be part of this impactful mission!

We are proud to collaborate with @voami, Ethos Development Partners, and @Cinnaire to breathe new life into the historic St. Mary of Redford Catholic School into 61 units of permanent supportive housing. shorturl.at/RbqWt

🚨Construction Update! 🚨 Exciting progress at Breeze Winter Haven! The roof slab has been poured, and mechanical units are being set in place. Studs, as well as soffits, are now being installed. Rough plumbing has kicked off, and the framing for windows and doors is underway.🔨

The Metro is a 7-story, 100-unit hotel offering flexible term stays, located in the vibrant heart of St. Petersburg's Edge District. Developed by DevMar Development and built by KAST Construction, this project features a retail space and a variety of amenities for guests.

The CSI Clawson Manor Co-op renovations are complete! The 15-story, 251-unit building features modernized apartments with new appliances, finishes, & accessible designs. The building boasts a new façade, roof, and upgraded systems. Amenities include a library, media lab & garden.

We had a great time at the @VistaMariaOrg George Blaha’s High Hopes Golf Invitational yesterday! For 35 years, this event has raised vital awareness and funds for the children of Vista Maria. 👏

Exciting news! The Village of East Harbor has been featured in this month's issue of @CAMMagazine. Recently we partnered with @PVofMI and Braun Construction to deliver the opening of the Harbor Inn, adding 36 ranch homes and 60 mid-rise apartments. shorturl.at/nwstc

ShorePointe Health & Rehabilitation Center recently underwent a renovation and addition of a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, full-service café, and 78 private suites. Other services include a hair salon, on-site Starbucks, and an ice cream parlor. #healthandwellness

Yesterday, city and state officials joined the Pope Francis Center for a ribbon-cutting of the Bridge Housing Campus. The campus sits on 5.3 acres in Detroit's Core City has 40 apartments for single men experiencing homelessness. We are so proud to be part of this project.
