Saturday 1st July is the last day our pop up library at the Woodland Community Centre will be open. It will then be closed while we transition back into the library building, which will hopefully be open during week commencing Monday 17th July. There will be more details soon!
The pop-up library will be closed for the May Bank holidays and the Coronation this month, the dates we will be closed are: Monday 1st May Saturday 6th May (we will have a book sale stall at the Royal Picnic in New Century Park) Monday 8th May Monday 29th May
Don't forget we are running our Bluebell Walk again this year on Saturday 29th April! The walk starts at the Community Library on Campbell Way from 10-11.15am. This is a fundraiser to support the library, to donate: checkout.justgiving.com/c/3084597
To return your library books we've a dropbox opposite the library, next to Wine Castle. This is the only way to return books outside of opening hours. Please note that the community library boxes in New Century Park and at the Woodland Community Centre are not related to us.

The pop-up library can be found in the the Leaf Room at the Woodland Community Centre, Savernake Way. We are open the same hours Monday-Saturday, we look forward to seeing you soon! 📚

Join us tonight at 7.30pm for a Fun Quiz at Fair Oak Village Hall! £5 per person (max 6 per table). Doors open 7.15pm and tickets can be purchased on the door. We also have a raffle tonight, that you do not want to miss out on! All proceeds go towards supporting the library!
Yesterday was our last day open ahead of the refurbishment! We are now closed and will be re-opening as a pop-up library in the Woodland Community Centre from Monday 17th April!

The popular Magic Jack is back with a Christmas Magic Show & Story on Wednesday 21st December at 2pm! It is best suited for 4-8 years olds 🪄 This is a fundraising event to help support the running costs of the library, suggested donation £2 per child
What is happening at the Library this festive season: Christmas raffle - £1 per strip Guess snowman name - £1 per guess Christmas magic show with Magic Jack 2pm 21/12 We will be closed Saturday 24th December to Monday 2nd January. Loans will be extended during this period🎄
Last week at the final Storytime and Crafts session of the year this lovely Christmas collage was created, now it is on display in the Children section for all to enjoy 🎄
🎉 Card Payments 🎉 We are now able to accept card payments including contactless, making it easier to buy a dog calendar, raffle tickets, second hand books or simply donate money to support the Library!
