Objective moral principles are anchored in God. The absolute criterion against which all actions and decisions are assessed is God's own Holy and Perfectly Good nature. He is the source of moral values and the locus of moral values.

"If no set of moral ideas were truer or better than any other, there would be no sense in preferring civilized morality to savage morality, or Christian morality to Nazi morality. In fact, of course, we don't believe that." - C.S. Lewis

Righteousness and holiness are distinct. Whilst Righteousness is the prerequisite, Holiness is the expectation. There are certain divine utilities accessible to them that are Holy. However, the terms of being Holy are non-negotiable; if you compromise - no promised land for you.

"Being true to oneself or being internally consistent, isn't the highest good for one who is enslaved to sin." - @Trent_Horn

Although there are other ways to evaluate a christian apologist. But, I agree with @RandalRauser

If you're a Christian apologist and the only people who appreciate your work come from your subculture (e.g. conservative evangelical; Catholic, etc.) then you're probably not a good apologist.

The Father IS God. The Son IS God. The Holy Spirit IS God. The Father is NOT the Son. The Son is NOT The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is NOT the Father. Jesus Christ is fully God AND fully man

With every breath I long to follow Jesus For He has said that He will bring me home And day by day I know He will renew me Until I stand with joy before the throne

Although growing in understanding of God starts out as an intellectual pursuit but it must become more than just a mental or intellectual pursuit. If it never advances beyond that, you will end up with an academic understanding of who God is and not move to relationship with him.

I'm wondering if any of my fellow intellectual Christians have the same problem. At times, I allow my pursuit of knowledge replace my relationship with God, and in moments like these, I've been slowing down my research regimen to pray more often and listen to worship music.

Like a piece of bread and a sip of wine that nourish our bodies, yet that our Lord gives us with his true body and blood to nourish our souls. Like a stranger who shows kindness to us, yet that our Lord sends us as his messenger of grace.

McLatchie argues that Rabbi Singer’s arguments are based on faulty assumptions and poor scholarship. He also provides historical sources that support Paul’s martyrdom under Nero. The article is well-written, informative and persuasive.
