Across Scotland spending on street cleaning has plummeted by 39% in ten years, with cuts mounting to an astonishing £322m in that time. It's not rocket science - gullies get blocked because streets are not cleaned.
Falkirk Council is getting the message out there. If only the people of Falkirk would take heed.

Photographed this evening in Laurieston, Falkirk. The dog poop bin is actually empty but the lazy dog walking feckers can’t be arsed putting their bags in the bin. I despair!

Locate Falkirk Council's new HQ and Civic Facilities in Falkirk's traditional town centre
Local elections coming up ,snp have let Falkirk go downhill for years take no pride in the town .
Under the current SNP Administration there is no management of the gully situation. It is purely reactive management. There are 16000 gullies in the Council area with only 3 vehicles to clear them. This is all down to SNP budget cuts (£200m) over the last 15 years.
