“That’s false”: @MrKRudd lists examples of disinformation/false claims about the COVID pandemic. Right wing nut jobs, conspiracists/fake cures run via ⁦@SkyNewsAust⁩ ⁦@YouTube⁩ and WIN FTA. Murdoch complicit in vaccine hesitancy. ⁦@acmadotgov⁩ fails to regulate.

so many nurse practitioners do not have prescriptive authority to manage chronic pain with opioids. How do y'all actually believe nurse practitioners are working against pain patients 😂😂😂😂😂

Joseph Falzone, MD hat repostet

That's just parts of the spine story, you can't imagine how many really bad hip surgs & rare, complex situations too. But I had a Pain Dr say less than 10 yrs ago that he didn't believe I had ANY pain @ all. Whatev! arsehole. I need💤 been awake 32hrs. Thx! Any book offers? HA!

The grapefruit juice blocks the enzyme that metabolizes the meds so if the drugs aren’t getting metabolized in your stomach they stay in your blood leading to too much drug in your system

It interacts with my kids heart meds too

You can add to your records or outright disagree with your records. Of course you should always check your records!

I have the deepest admiration and gratitude for physicians. People don’t realize that doctors are the cornerstone of a civilized society. People won’t realize how bad it is until everyone knows several who have died/were disabled in a new mid-level medicine. ER Nurse face stapled

I am dying laughing. This is going to be who enters the room to make decisions for us. They are all over the place on TickTock bragging how they want to practice medicine but not miss out on the front of their 20s. Oh that’s exactly what medicine needs!🙃

Joseph Falzone, MD hat repostet

i definitely believe the "pleasant" effects add to the therapeutic value tremendously

Exaccctllyyy...maybe the euphoria is in the opium poppy plant on purpose because it is a part of the relief the plant is supposed to cause. After all-It is a natural plant. My own personal belief system is that everything we need to live/survive is right here on earth.

Joseph Falzone, MD hat repostet

IDK wether to laugh-hi5...or cry and shake my head. Either way...U are SOtotally right 😔and isn't it funny how the med field says its the euphoric effects of opioids that is bad BUT they put us on anti inflammations AND THEN prescribe antidepressants?! I'm no brain surgeon but🤔

I'm a senior citizen that was on the fentanyl patch for 12-13 yrs. I wasn't even on the highest strength after all those yrs. But 2-3 yrs ago becos the U.S. wanted to save ppl breaking the law and kill off #CPP 's... I was taken off something that did truly help. 😔

Joseph Falzone, MD hat repostet

I have issues with illicit drugs because my abusive Mom mis-used meds... and since I was like 10 yrs old I knew I didn't want to be anyyyYYy thing like her. So I guess ...for me ...certain words associated with drugs trigger memories of her. Which I don't want at all 😔

Joseph Falzone, MD hat repostet

I don't know if I would call ourselves targets. We are a large group of outliers, my specialty of medicine. CPPs don't get good treatment because we are so complex regarding diagnosis and treatment, often needing these safe, effective medicines; opioids. Perhaps...

Joseph Falzone, MD hat repostet

Perhaps we are targets of incompetence. Since we are disbelieved, degraded and maltreated. This behavior by physicians is unprofessional and incompetent. We must stop ✋ it. Since the fed. government, state, and county won't.

Learning what I have been learning about the first line of defense where they start the spinal injections it’s hard not to wonder if there’s a mild or a lot of damage causing weaker nerve signals and achiness. I have that from osteoporosis. Who knows?
