Though the two drawings pictured don’t exactly match. They’re variants of the concept. The buildings behind the ballpark are softened a bit, so it’s less apparent that they’re condos overlooking the game. #HowardTerminal
Almost two years ago, with help from @Bonderman92 and @ccfireman designed dream ballpark. Basically, Comiskey Park/Tiger Stadium without view obstructing support poles and suites up top. Allowing for upper deck on top of the field. That was fun!

HT ballpark CBA steering Committee met for 1st time yesterday. Current timeline is to complete draft CBA by June to release simultaneously with final EIR. Draft EIR release by city is delayed indefinitely pending state approval to release.
This #athletics spring training was so much more fun then years past. Throwing BP, watching up close a quality coaching staff, and one of the games best managers!! Add in the best young starting rotation in baseball, Olson, Chapman and Semien. Feels like a Championship to me!! 🏆
