[Jozef] I'm thrilled to see that Tony Zhou of "Every Frame a Painting" fame from Youtube has gotten a whole episode in Netflix's Voir to flex his film criticism chops. I loved his channel so much and was sad to see it go. The art of the film crit video essays owes much to him.
So, I (Jozef) just watched Tick, Tick... Boom! It was really solid, but not outstanding. I think they really captured Larson's journey and hit on a real vein of authenticity, but beyond that, the actual music and characters aren't all that memorable and the plot just average.

Rewatching pieces of Midnight Mass, and can we just talk about how Hamish Linklater (monsignor) carries the whole damn show?
Been watching Servant (Apple TV+) based on @LydiaDGillespie's recommendation. An eerie, extended return to form for M. Night Shyamalan that nails his characteristic early tension. I haven't quite seen all the twists of the first season, but I expect good things.
