I’ve had far worse messages than that last gem, and I’m genuinely not bothered by it, but another person might be. It’s jarring what people will type and send online; I wonder would they write it in a letter or say it to someone’s face? In most cases, I think not.

Fascinating research on food's ecological footprint. Also Irish milk has an even lower carbon carbon footprint per kilo, so is even better than this graph suggests.
