With great sadness I have to inform you that Prof. Sergey Konstantinovich Godunov, Academician RAS, passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of almost 94. Sergey Godunov has been one of pioneers in the field of computational fluid and solid mechanics.
One of our members, @DrCHLee, presented the recent SPH development on thermo-elasticity. Part of the work was published on sciencedirect.com/science/articl…. Extension of the work to include thermo-visco-plasticity was recently published on link.springer.com/article/10.100…. @spheric_ @DualSPHysics
