Day 8: Discovery starts when you stop assuming and start asking. In product & in life we often operate on autopilot. We assume we know what people want, why they behave the way they do, or what will solve their problems. But the best discoveries come from better questions. Ask!
Day 7: The riskiest feature is the one built on assumption. Assumptions feel safe because they sound certain but the real safety comes from learning. “Do I know this, or am I assuming it?” That one question can save you months of building the wrong thing/living the wrong story.
