For the last few years I’ve supported @FebFive5 februaryfive.com in aid of Mind - sign up for doing 5 of something in Feb - this year I’m going for “5 runs per week”. (Last year was a 5km swim, not doing that again….!) - head over, support a good cause.
I’m in. My challenge is to run or walk with 5 new people. Now to find the new people.
