Successful evening on the Laune as it was getting dark landed on a bright yellow fly no idea what its called😁
An absolute bar of silver accounted for today on a Willie Gunn fly.Fresh in from the sea and gave a hell of a scrap!!!
Great to get out at dawn this morning before the rains came and land this salmon on a Cascade Fly and it was released safely back into the water to fight another day
Lovely fat 9lb Hen Fish obliged to the fly before this afternoons deluge on the river.I hope she made her way safely further up the system to multiply again.....
Sadly the river didnt oblige this evening.Didnt as much as even see a fish move.I saw more Bailiffs than fish☺️.5 bailiffs on the stretch this evening, like seriously???
The river was very good to me again today and I landed this hen fish and released her to continue her journey after a few awkward photos.Waterlevel was just perfect.Met two other fish but they got away🤷♂️
