Hi all, I'm happy to report that I've resolved the issue with downloading from FFnet. You can resume downloading your fanfics from there now. Expand this thread for more info, and as always report issues by opening an issue on GitHub or tweeting me.
Looks like FFnet activated Cloudflare's DDOS protection, which is used as a way to stop bots from scraping the pages. I'll have to investigate if there's a solution for this. Please wait, thank you!
The beta download server was down - I gave things a reboot and it should be working again.
The beta site's download server was having issues earlier today, but I've fixed it!
Anyway, I'm glad to finally get things back online and running. I'm sorry it took so long; I was quite busy with work the past month or two. If you enjoy using my service, I'd appreciate it if you took a moment to donate to help cover costs! Links are on the site.
(Non)update: the FFnet issue is still ongoing. No update from them, but as soon as I have time, I'll try to work on some solutions
Downloading from ffnet (and fictionpress, I guess) is currently broken due to them adding Cloudflare protection to their site. I will figure out a solution for this, but it may take awhile. Please bear with me!
Just noticed we were experiencing server issues. Gave things a good whack and we're good to go again :) Feel free to tweet me next time if you are experiencing any issues with downloading stories!
