Similar to Jokic, diagnosed with ‘hyperextension’ after ligament testing came back negative. MRI to confirm obviously. This MOI is one you’d see with an ACL injury. Considering he walked/hobbled to the locker room he’d only miss a few games if any at all.
“Diagnosed with a hyperextension” Normally an ACL MOI but since everything is intact they slapped ‘hyperextension’ on it as a reason to keep him out I’m guessing to play it safe.
Just in: Denver Nuggets' Nikola Jokic has been diagnosed with a hyperextension in his left knee and will miss at least four weeks. An immense sigh of relief as tests show the three-time NBA MVP's knee ligaments are intact.
Now a confirmed dry needling session gone wrong for TJ Watt
I’m assuming here but it sounds like a similar situation to Tyrod Taylor when a trainer punctured a lung during a dry needling treatment.
Sources: T.J. Watt’s lung injury occurred during treatment at the team facility Wednesday. Watt has been hospitalized since then.

Cam Scattebo Bad ankle injury. Right leg gets caught under himself and excessive external rotation at the ankle. Best case scenario would be a severe dislocation but I would expect torn ligaments and a bone break at the least.
Puka Nacua Not sure if his ankle got caught as he went down because it really doesn’t look like it. The fact he got up and put weight on it helps but then he was helped off. Ankle sprain maybe? No idea
Mac Jones Tough break for the 49ers. Looked like Mac tried to plant his left foot as he was getting sacked and then went down. Possibility of excessive dorsiflexion causing increased eccentric load on calf. He did jog off the field so that’s good news.
Malik Nabers Tried to jump off his right leg to make a catch. Instantly grabbed the knee as he was coming down. Excessive anterior translation of tibia during the jump. Probably not what fantasy owners or giants fans are hoping to hear but it’s looking like an ACL injury.
