Just had a peek at how @FindPropsUK is looking so far and how it would work in the sense of property display and the #EstateAgents branding... Seriously really good considering it is still early in development. 👏🏼👏🏼
Now for some bad news.... As @integraps pointed out, some CRMs charge a hefty fee (£300p/m) to merely give us access to an API! It seems that it's not only portals that have a stranglehold over the industry! And one obnoxious response: "Come back to us when you are funded" 🤦♂️
Some good news first.... We can now import properties from @10ninety into the Find Properties portal for FREE! A couple of forward-thinking agents are already live, and a few more lined up! If you are an #EstateAgent using this platform and want to support us, get in touch!
Big plans for the portal such as integration with Ordnance UPRNs, meaning transparent history (pricing, status) for EVERY listed #property, and no more #portal juggling etc. Follow us for future updates....
Thank you to those who have provided feedback today. Big on the agenda - cost! Perhaps @FindPropsUK could be a rock-bottom monthly fee (to keep platform running) and pay-per-listing on top of that (to fund new development and marketing etc)? It's up to #EstateAgents! #property
