Under the Sgt. Patrick Kepp Act, effective October 1, 2025, driving 30+ mph over the speed limit is now considered reckless driving. Penalties include: • Up to 60 days in jail • $1,000 fine • 6 MVA points #TrafficTipTuesday #MCPNews #MCPD
