Tarion is broken and we need to look at models from other provinces like BC to help us fix this.
What I'd like to hear is a rationale from gov't why they wouldn't follow a year-long $750,000 review made by an experienced judge + top consulting firm, i.e. Tarion review. Gov't has better research? Show it. Or reluctant to confront the wrath of bldg industry/Tarion monopoly?
