At FOLL meeting today we learnt that application by Halo Leisure to run Leominster Library from their sports centre has been turned down by Hfd Council. Great news!!
Library visits fall from 250m to 243 m.Expenditure fell from £919m to £853m 2015/17. Closures 105 to 3/17 blamed on council cuts on public libraries.
