I enjoy training for this half marathon but hate having to limit the amount of lifting in order to get all my runs in!

Ran to gym just to find out it was closed today...went back to apartment and ran stairs instead!


Half marathon training plan set to start next week, 13 weeks out! Still lifting 3 times a week though 😉

Went to rec for a quick interval run and ended up staying there for 3 hrs playing basketball


Woke up exhausted and sore from the increase in mileage & lifting...decided to take the day off to avoid injury. Listen to your body!

I started taking 5 minutes to stretch every morning when I wake up, perfect way to start the day!

Making it a goal to drink at least a gallon of water every day! Did it yesterday and feel awesome today! So many health benefits!
