This clock stopped ticking at 9.13 on the morning of October 21, 1966... That morning, a waste tip from a colliery slid down a mountainside. It engulfed Pantglas Junior School and 19 houses, killing 144 people. 116 of them were children. 56 years on, we will remember Aberfan ❤️
