This is the truth the world needs to see: my father, Pastor Son, jailed in Korea for standing on God’s Word and refusing to bow to anti-Biblical education. They raided his church, seized phones, filed 20+ lawsuits, and now jailed him. This video tells the story. #ReligiousFreedom

The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naive forgive and forget; the wise forgive but do not forget.

What a moment. What an example of greatness.

The game, in case no one took the time to explain it to you: As quickly & efficiently as possible, transmute your labor into ownership of scarce and / or productive assets. (Hence: “capital”-ism.)

If we want to stop political violence like what happened to Charlie Kirk, we have to be honest about the people who are celebrating it and the people who are financing it. My closing remarks on today's episode of the Charlie Kirk Show:

Earlier this week I made a post saying "WE ARE AT WAR". To me, this is not a war of right vs left. This is a war of good vs evil. Murder and those who condone murder are demonic, no matter what party a person claims. 2 Corinthians 2 says, "To those who are perishing, we are a…

Forgiveness is a Biblical command...Reconciliation is something that happens when the offending party recognizes their guilt and repents. You don't reconcile with people celebrating your death. So for those on the right tripping over themselves to make nice with those…

In the wake of Charlie's assassination, many people are demanding that we redouble our devotion to the "free marketplace of ideas." The call seems at first glance courageous and noble. In reality, it is reckless and impractical. We had an open marketplace of ideas; the Left shot…

We should be more afraid of leaving freedom on the table than money on the table.

The most hilarious part of real estate & business is 99% of the talk is on “how to buy” and less than 1% on “how to manage” aka what makes you money

Hey @brianluebben when are we getting the next podcast with @loganjrankin ?! I can only listen to Part 1 so many times! That episode was very impactful for me and the future of my business. Really appreciate you both putting out so much great info.

This is why I advocate for focus. The returns for mastering a skill far exceed accumulated skills.

Masters only appear to break the rules. In reality, they just better understand them.

How to make 2024 mediocre: Be someone who says they’re gonna do something then doesn’t do it.

I have learned that understanding "real estate" is only the first of many steps toward running a real estate company. You'll have to learn how to build a team, be competent at taxes, and understanding debt markets after you've figured out how to underwrite.

Had a conversation with an Investor today. He was surprised when their distribution remained consistent with so many headwinds. He was more surprised when I told him that we deferred our split to keep their cash flow consistent. Who you invest with matters.

Is real estate passive? Nope. There will always be someone working hard to keep it all moving. Even as an Investor writing checks, you better be reading the financials.
