The gangs of cld kids who are drug addicts sniffing contact glue laced chip packets are harassing Sea Point promenade folks trying to exercise. Yet this is not being dealt with.
What diseases do the increase of these rats bring in Sea Point promenade that I see calmly walking around sleeping vagrants.

60 days ago... On the 25th June 2025 large waves in Sea Point promenade dislodged the brick paving near Winchester Mansions where many thousands of people walk. It is now 2 months later and it is still not repaired.
