River would leap up, catch the shark with one hand, find the tag to see where Alia got it from, and place it back into the other's hand in one badass move.
Alia did slip... But she also caught herself and knocked the bag up. "Hey!' She jumps for it! Not Mr. Shark!
Oh, she could easily win this one... River would activate her semblance on the sand act as if it were a sheet of ice to hopefully make Alia slip... maybe add in a water balloon thrown upwards to land on the faunus as well-

Was she drunk? Nah, but Ecru was right. River was showing off her semblance by literally performing the Moon Walk on the surface of the water.
River had put everything from earlier to the back of her mind. All she was focused on now was getting into the water!
A while after the little fiasco of the morning, Burgundy was arriving on the beach with @cursedglyphs and her team for the party!
Of course Ecru and Mint were busy at Haven still... but Burgundy and her lady friend were going so River just followed them here! #ATLASSUMMERBEACHPARTY
