Liquid Methane and Liquid Oxygen. Liquid oxygen is captured by cooling down and separating ambient air. Methane is produced by fusing carbon split from carbon dioxide with hydrogen from water electrolysis. So net emissions is oxygen and water vapor with some carbon dioxide.
