#Wayback Almost 90 seconds of "American Bandstand" excerpts from December 22, 1984 with host Dick Clark, special guest Donna Summer, and a playing of "Step Into Christmas" by Elton John as the crowd, including a couple of young kids, dances along...

I was watching an episode of "Coach" on CHCH last Friday - a Season 3 episode - and noticed @robinstrasser was in it. She played the president of Minnesota State University and was looking to bring in a coach for the men's basketball team.

I often wish I had more "Late Night" (NBC) @letterman beyond the two episodes I have - Feb. 1, 1982 and Sept. 13, 1989.

When I went through my tapes a long time ago, I came across this frame, which I later learned was from the intro to the later seasons of The Hogan Family. Roberta Flack sang the theme song. She passed away at the age of 88. A wonderful singer she was.

. @chucknwi Think you can solve a situation for me? Guessing 1989 or 1990, clearly a soap, at the beginning of a tape, but I know nothing else... You can DM me your e-mail address so I can provide further details.

. @chucknwi Just found out the captions don't work. You may not need them anyway.

.@chucknwi After a friend helped me out recently in correcting an airdate on a lone “Sunset Beach” episode I recorded long ago in French, I managed to re-dub and re-encode a 20-second clip in English. I included CC subtitles. I wonder where in the timeline it fits? Thinking late.
