So glad we got to catch up with our friend Keith from The Honolulu Fire Department at #WUI2023. Special thanks to the HFD team for helping us to successfully field test in August 2021 before we commercially entered the marketplace.
We attended @DrLoriUSFA's talk at WUI2023, where she discussed the @usfire's approach to addressing the year-round wildfire season. One of the key points was Community Risk Reduction. GFS is specifically designed to help communities monitor and track wildfire risks in real time.
We look forward to #WUI2023 next week! Do you want to connect with members from our team? Meet us a booth #635. #WildlandUrbanInterface #Wildland #Wildfire @IAFC
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day from @GRIDWIDEFIRESPY! We are so LUCKY to be able to help leadership save lives, reduce costs, reduce liabilities, and reduce harmful Greenhouse Gas emissions.

We’re going to be at @IAFC’s #WUI2023 conference talking about our GFS wildland fire early detection and auto alert sensors that leverage the height, location & deployment density of utility overhead transformers mounted on power. Stop by booth #635 to visit with Alan & Sergio.
Check out the recent @AIforGOOD “Fighting Wildfires With Intelligent Robots” webinar. We are encouraged to see conversations like these focused on increasingly helping first responders to detect, monitor and extinguish flames using tech. youtube.com/watch?v=w0tFuz…

The best time to detect 🔥's is when they’re starting…not after they have grown to emit large plumes of smoke. GFS provides early detection on the frontlines, right where the fires are beginning. Auto Alerts and GPS coordinates accelerate responsiveness to reduce damage.
The best place to detect fires is right where they’re occurring. That’s how we keep fires smaller, reducing damages and saving lives. Preventing fires is even better. Our solution offers this capability. Learn more here: bit.ly/3s6jyX4

Are we better off to eventually see 🔥 in the distance, or quickly detect a fire when it starts? Does “somewhere over there” help first responders, or do GPS coordinates improve the speed of response? GFS early detects fires, auto alerts, and provides GPS coordinates.
Wood stoves and annual agriculture burning can lead to False Positive alerts. To reduce this possibility, each GFS sensor can be remotely adjusted for localized nuances, then remotely reset as needed for standardized monitoring to resume. Learn more: bit.ly/3s6jyX4
