Great Southwest Track and Field Classic
The Great Southwest Track & Field Classic is one of the top post-season prep track and field invitational in the nation offering both an Indoor Meet and Outdoor Meet.
We are saddened to have to tell everyone but Michael Danoff, our Board Chairman, passed away this week. Mike was a huge supporter of, not only this meet, but athletics in NM. This is a huge loss for us and this is truly our loss. We will take it from here Mike ❤️💛💔

We were hoping to be able to hold our meet this year, especially with most states cancelling their seasons- but due to the current restrictions, we will not be holding the Great Southwest Track and Field Classic this year. Please stay safe.
We are sad to hear of the passing of one of the Team Texas Selection Chairs. Thank you for everything Cosch McDaniel.
With the passing of Coach McDaniel, track and field lost an advocate, coach, mentor, leader, and key contributor to the track and field community.
